Transaction Sidekick is a software tool for real estate transaction coordinators. You may use it only for lawful purposes in connection with your transaction coordination work. You may not:
Transaction Sidekick is currently in early access. Features may change, be removed, or behave unexpectedly. We will do our best to communicate significant changes in advance.
You retain ownership of all data you upload or create in Transaction Sidekick. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we store and process your data.
Transaction Sidekick uses AI to extract and organize information from documents. AI can make mistakes. Dates, deadlines, party names, financial figures, and other details may be extracted incorrectly or incompletely. You are solely responsible for verifying all information before acting on it. The Service is a workflow tool to assist your professional judgment. It does not replace it. Transaction Sidekick does not provide legal, financial, or brokerage advice, and use of the Service does not create any fiduciary, agency, or professional relationship between you and Transaction Sidekick.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, upgrades, or experience downtime. We are not liable for losses caused by Service unavailability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Transaction Sidekick is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
In no event shall Transaction Sidekick, its owners, employees, or affiliates be liable for any:
Where liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, our total liability to you arising from or related to any single transaction shall not exceed the fees you actually paid to Transaction Sidekick for that transaction, or $0 if no specific transaction fee was charged. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
